Manually updating rubygems

Ruby Gems then can be installed by just clicking on the button labeled 'Install', thats it.
still fails with some kind of SSL error then you will need to the less quick solution—updating Ruby Gems to a more recent patch.
The fix is to update the Ruby Gems software within your Ruby installation.
